We want you to be completely satisfied with
your
Indiana Sampler purchase.
If for any reason you are not pleased, simply
return the item (**except software - see below)
within 30 days of PLACING ORDER for exchange or
a refund of 80% of purchase price. There is a
20% restocking fee on all returns.
Shipping and handling
charges will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as
the order was paid.
**There is a
No Return Policy on opened software unless the
software is defective. If the software is
defective the software may only be exchanged for
the same software within 30 days after receipt.
To insure that we can quickly and efficiently
process your refund it is important for us to

Steps To Returning Merchandise:
- Please use the original shipping box and
packing materials.
- Enclose a completed copy of the
Refund/Exchange form with your merchandise.
- Please make sure that only the return
address is showing on your package.
- Return the merchandise either by UPS
(prepaid and insured) or by U.S. Mail
(prepaid and insured)
- Keep your UPS or Post Office Receipt
until you receive a credit, refund or
replacement.
- Keep a copy of your completed
Refund/Exchange Form until you receive a
credit, refund or replacement.
You will be notified via e-mail (or u.s. mail
if no e-mail address is listed on your form)
once we have received your returned merchandise. |
